Congratulations, once again, on your excellent article. As usual, you clarify complex issues supported by sound scientific literature. And expert opinion too. Your undoubted expertise gets transforming the information into a clear and understandable matter.

On your last contribution, an article still pre-print can be a good complement. Dugan et al.* analyze the response of memory B cells in natural infection in 38 patients.

The authors stress the idea of original antigen sin. They write: "...the early response to SARS-CoV-2 in some patients may be dominated by an original antigen sin response, as plasmablasts are often reactivated from pre-existing memory."
